Join Yoga with Randiah and Brown Girl Yoga Tribe in the heart of Costa Rica from Thurs, Feb. 19 to Mon, Feb. 23 to invoke the spirits of water and smoke, our elemental ancestors who nurture and cleanse us. This four night retreat includes waterfall meditation and a Temazcal (Mesoamerican sweat lodge) ceremony led by an Indigenous healer to purify our minds, bodies, and spirits.

During our time together, a local chef will prepare daily plant-based meals and fresh squeezed juice made from organic, locally sourced ingredients. We will practice kundalini yoga with somatic movement, breathwork, and mantras to open ourselves to our internal wisdom. We’ll take a guided meditation and sound journey to meet your spirit guides and learn how they can help you along your journey.
We’ll meditate under a waterfall before swimming in her womb waters and enjoying a locally made coffee body scrub. Our Temazcal ceremony will take us into the womb of the earth to detoxify our spirits with sacred smoke, and replenish our hearts with cacao afterward. Our burn ceremonies and sharing circles will allow us to release old patterns and activate our deepest desires. You’ll also enjoy a complimentary massage or reiki session and stargazing along the Sarapiqui River.
